All sessions begin with a conversation to find out what areas are in need of healing and then the work begins. Whether it be to communicate with loved ones who have crossed over, to energy work, or just allowing you the time and space to talk about what you'd like to change, what's been holding you back, and the steps you can take to bring in the positive changes and more joy to your life. Every session is unique because it's based on what's needed at that point in time for YOU.

How do I book a session with Ann?                                                                                                           

One-on-one sessions and group sessions available.  Sessions are available in-person (in the New England area) and remote sessions via phone and Zoom.
