My Story
As a natural born Medium, Intuitive, and Empath, I've been drawn to energy and energy healing all my life. Although I had these abilities since childhood, it wasn't until I took my first Usui Reiki class as an adult that my eyes opened up to different experiences, and created a thirst for knowledge about what was happening to me, and a need to figure out what my life's purpose was. From that point on, I studied with various teachers and continued to Usui Reiki Master/Teacher level as well as learned other energy modalities like Melchizedek Method Healing (completed through Instructor level), and Energy Clearing & Alignment. All that training culminated in a solid knowing that helping others bridge the gap between energy and how to use it to assist our 4 bodies (spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical) heal itself was my mission.

After doing this work for over 15 years, it still felt like a piece was missing. While on vacation a few years ago, I visited Edgar Cayce's A.R.E. Spa in Virginia Beach, VA, and had an incredible massage experience. Fascinated with how the massage therapist, Meagan, was able to connect with my energy, I asked Meagan what techniques she used and where she learned them. Meagan said she went to the Cayce/Reilly School of Massage on the A.R.E. campus. It was an epiphany for me and I went back to my hotel, checked out the school's website, and registered that day.

If you're unfamiliar with Edgar Cayce and his work, he's a 20th Century Psychic, Medical Clairvoyant, and the Father of Holistic Medicine. Learning about his therapies and having a spiritual component incorporated into the curriculum were the main distinctions and reasons I chose this school over other massage schools. It was the missing piece I had been searching for that tied together all my other abilities and healing training.
Since graduating from massage school, I have worked in various environments from spas to in-home mobile medical massage, specifically for Veterans, which is my greatest joy. This work is so rewarding and it truly makes my heart smile to see how much better people feel after a massage, following their progression, and bearing witness to how their quality of life has improved with better sleep, less stress, positive mood shifts, and the ability to resume normal daily activities.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in 2016 and San Jose State University (B.S. in Business Management) in 2006 and assist clients in creating their self-care plans. Using my mediumship gifts and abilities, I focus on clearing energy for clients and assisting clients in reconnecting to their own spiritual gifts. My passion is alternative healing methods and modalities. I am always researching and continuing to take classes to expand my knowledge to best help my clients.
I am proud to annouce my recent achievements of receiving my National Board Certification for Reflexology and becoming a CranioSacral Therapy Practitioner. Both pair magically with massage and my clients LOVE it!

All these experiences have helped me connect with each person's energy to design combinations of massage/reflexology/craniosacral/energy alignment sessions that help clients achieve their short and long-term goals for overall health and well-being. This type of personalized therapy is empowering, catapulting the client's self-care journey to new heights and giving them upgraded confidence.
In my spare time, I enjoy being creative with mixed media art projects, listening to music, connecting with like-minded people, and spending time with family.
