13 Week Group Wellness Program

Have you been feeling a need to make changes in your life and unsure where to start?  Then this program is for you!  Over the course of 13 weeks, we will look at different aspects of life to identify stresses and areas of change and set goals accordingly.


The holidays are the most challenging time of the year.  With that in mind, this program is designed to help get attendees started on their goals and provide support pre- and post- holiday.


Weekly topics include:

  • Vegetarian dish to try (with recipe)

  • Group discussion

  • Meditation

  • Goal setting

  • Stress busters

  • Detox

  • Reading nutrition labels

  • Relationships

  • And much more...

When: Call for information

Time:  7:00pm - 8:30pm

Fee:  $25.00 per person, per week.  Fees are payable on a weekly or monthly basis or paid in full.

**Space is limited to 10 attendees.  If more than 10 requests are submitted, I will open up another class.
